This notice contains an indication of the rules and directives to which Estfeller Pareti S.r.l. adheres with regard to the processing of personal data of users of the website www.estfellerpareti.it .

Since the website in question operates and is hosted on Italian territory, information and data concerning users of the website will be processed by Estfeller Pareti S.r.l. in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Purposes, methods of personal data processing and retention timeframes

Estfeller Pareti S.r.l. informs users of the site that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes specified below, and to keep users updated on news, promotions, contests and the activities of Estfeller Pareti S.r.l. in general.

Estfeller Pareti S.r.l. will use the collected data to:

(a) to execute the contracts of sale or assignment for the provision of services (supply of goods or services); for this purpose the legal basis is given in Art. 6, par. 1, letter b) of the GDPR; the data collected for this purpose will be stored in accordance with the applicable regulations (at least 10 years);

(b) direct marketing activities, including by sending newsletters, MMS or Sms or other messages; for this purpose, the legal basis is given in Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent of the data subject); the data collected for this purpose will be retained until the data subject's consent is withdrawn;

(c) market research or other research useful for the improvement of its products or services; for this purpose the legal basis is given in Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the data controller); the data collected for this purpose will be kept until the legitimate interest of the data controller is achieved.

The data collected may be processed in electronic or paper form, and will, however, always be protected by appropriate security systems and constantly updated and stored in a secure and controlled environment.

Mandatory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of refusal to respond

The provision of data is optional, except in cases where the data collected must be used to execute a contract or a service requested by the user. In this case, any refusal by the interested party to provide the data will make it impossible for Estfeller Pareti S.r.l. to execute the assignment received.

The use of the user's contact data for purposes related to the sending of promotional messages and newsletters, will take place only upon the consent of the interested party to be provided at the bottom of the registration form for the service. The subscription and related processing are considered valid until the user unsubscribes, which is possible through a link in each email.

Persons or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as data processors or persons in charge of the processing and scope of dissemination of the data

The personal data that will be entered by the user will be known and used by the employees of Estfeller Pareti S.r.l. for the sole purpose of carrying out the activities that constitute the reason for which the data were collected (for example, to execute contracts of sale or provision of services or to send newsletters). The data may be disclosed to other parent, subsidiary and/or associated companies of Estfeller Pareti S.r.l. in Italy, the European Union or to countries outside the Union, provided that the legislation of the country of destination or transit of the data ensures an adequate level of protection of persons as provided for in Article 44 of the GDPR.

The owner of the data collected is Estfeller Pareti S.r.l., with registered office in Via Josef Ressel, 2/F - 39100 Bolzano (BZ) and operational in, Via del Grano, 235 - 47822 Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN) - Italy, to which data subjects may apply in writing to exercise the rights enshrined in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, namely to: access at any time the data concerning you and obtain a copy of it, rectify and complete it if inaccurate or incomplete, delete it or limit its processing where the conditions are met, oppose its processing for reasons related to your particular situation, request the portability of the data provided where processed automatically on the basis of your consent or for the performance of the contract. You also have the right to revoke your consent, where required, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation. Pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, Estfeller Pareti S.r.l. has not proceeded to identify a Data Protection Officer (DPO/DPO) as it is exempt.
